A low-cost 35 mm compact film camera, introduced to the market by Nikon in 1997. Also called the “Fun Touch 5” in the US market.
This model has a slim modern look that is still valid in 2015. I use this camera with color film. I like the size of the camera, finding that it fits nicely in the front pocket of my Lowepro Passport Sling III, along with my reading glasses.
The technical specifications are:
- Lens: Fixed, wide angle @ 29mm, f/4.5
- Shutter speed: fixed at 1/125s.
- Integral flash with forced on/off modes. GN: 8m at ISO 100.
- Auto-loading, winding and rewinding of DX-coded film.
- Power: two AA batteries
I acquired my camera with a light-weight grey leatherette case.
